Head of Communications

The Communication Manager contributes to KISC’s success by leading a robust strategy for communications planning across all areas of the KISC brand. This candidate must have up to about five or more years of experience in a marketing or similar communications role in order to lead the communications team. 


  • To guide and advise on the communication strategy and assessment of KISC and EQUIP
  • Oversee the administration of newsletters and communication of alumni, partners and contacts
  • Work collaboratively with staff and leadership to create and manage integrated marketing strategies based on an established communications plan
  • Develop and maintain KISC's  branding and vidual identitiy guidelines
  • Develop appropriate tracking metrics to determine effectiveness of various marketing tactics
  • Research and write copy for external articles and press
  • Oversee communications staff


  • Mother tongue English or proven proficiency in English
  • Financed by Christian mission organization or home church
  • Passion to serve God in Nepal
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience for position
  • Three references. two employers and one personal
  • Minimum 2-year commitment
